Agreements signed at the event span the entire industry chain, helping create a complete loop "from the deep sea to the dining table." Wu Guoxiong, vice mayor of Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, said the city's annual output of golden pompano accounts for 40% of China's total. The output value of Zhanjiang's entire prawn industry chain stands at nearly 30 billion yuan, while annual sales under the regional public brand "Zhanpin" have reached 13.5 billion yuan. Zhanjiang has ranked first in Guangdong Province in marine fishery output for 30 consecutive years, with the total output value of its entire marine fishery industry chain exceeding 100 billion yuan. As of July, the city had 40 marine ranching projects in reserve, with a combined planned investment of 18.12 billion yuan. 报道称，今年5月30日，王海在瓜子二手车平台卖出一辆极氪7X，交车当天便递交了完整过户材料，平台同步支付了超15万元车款。 合同约定买方应在30个工作日内完成过户，但三个月过去，过户手续仍未办理。王海表示自己打了不下50次客服电话，对方起初回复称未到合同约定期限，到期后又改口称还没找到买家。 更令王海震惊的是，他近期接到高速收费站电话，被告知名下车辆出现逃费行为。收费站影像显示，凌晨两三点该车跟随前车冲离收费站，未生成通行扣费记录。
经与平台核实，逃费发生在瓜子员工向客户送车途中，属于工作人员冲卡逃费。王海向瓜子反馈后，平台表示会安排物流人员处理，一周后收费站确认有人完成远程补费。 车辆迟迟未过户，还直接影响了王海的车牌指标。该车原本占用燃油车指标，由于无法及时腾出指标为新车上牌，王海的新车最终使用新能源指标完成上牌，燃油车指标很可能永久失效。按当地行情，一个燃油车指标市场价值在1万至1.5万元，这部分损失难以直接追责。 合同显示，瓜子对逾期过户的赔付上限仅为2000元，且需过户完成后才能申请。黑猫投诉平台上，与“瓜子二手车过户”相关的投诉达43条，近半数涉及拖延过户，不少消费者因未按时过户无法申领置换补贴，损失普遍在万元左右，远高于平台最高2000元的赔偿上限。
瓜子客服对此回应称“规则就是这样的”，并透露超期后可能提出与卖家重签合同。
